We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job.

Ordering
The customer orders a product or products via an electronic order form.
A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits the order.
All prices are expressed in the Bosnia and Herzegovina national currency, Bosnian mark (BAM), including VAT. Additionally, the customer has the option to view prices in US dollars and euros.
Products are ordered electronically by clicking on the desired item and adding it to the cart.
An item is considered ordered once the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
Payment
Ordered products or services are paid for online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard®, Maestro®, or Visa.
Delivery
Ordered products are packaged in a way that prevents damage during standard handling. Upon receipt, the customer is obligated to inspect the condition of the shipment and, in the case of any damage, immediately report it to the delivery person (employee of the delivery service). The seller disclaims all responsibility for any damage that may occur during delivery.
If the customer does not receive the goods or a delivery notice within the expected time after dispatch, they have the right to inform the seller so that steps can be taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement.
If the customer refuses to accept the goods they ordered, the seller has the right to request reimbursement from the customer for all delivery-related costs.
The seller commits to dispatching the shipment to the customer once the confirmation approving the online transaction is received. Upon receiving this confirmation, the seller is obligated to send the shipment within 5 (five) business days.
Once the delivery service (the company handling delivery) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery, including any delays or issues that may arise during further handling and delivery of the goods.
If the customer chooses the download option instead of physical delivery, the seller commits to sending a notification exclusively via email to the customer, which will contain download links and instructions. Upon receiving the email (download notification), the customer can immediately proceed to download the product.
Complaints
The seller commits to delivering a product that is technically sound and matches the description provided on coworking.motiff.co. The image illustrating the product on the website may not exactly match the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot file a complaint regarding this aspect.
In the case of a technical defect in audio recordings stored on a sound carrier, the seller assumes full responsibility. If a technical defect occurs, the customer must file a complaint within 4 (four) business days. After reporting the defect, the customer is required to return the defective sound carrier by mail along with the delivery note, after which the seller will send a replacement product within 3 (three) business days at no additional cost. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only a replacement product.
The seller is not responsible for any damage or other liabilities that fall within the scope of the delivery service (the company responsible for delivering the product).
If the customer chooses the download option and is unable to complete the download due to technical issues on the seller’s server, the seller will send an email with a new download link at no cost to the customer.
If the customer still cannot download the product due to ongoing technical issues on the seller’s server, the customer must contact the seller’s customer support, which will provide an appropriate solution without any additional charges or costs to the customer. The customer is not entitled to a refund in this situation.
If the customer is unable to download the product due to issues not caused by the seller—such as problems on the customer’s side, with the internet provider, or due to third parties—the seller bears no responsibility and is not obliged to provide a download or product delivery free of charge.
The customer is required to download the product within 5 (five) business days. After this period, even if payment was made, the customer will no longer be able to download the product and waives any right to file a complaint in this case.
